Your abstract title and your abstract must be submitted in English. Your abstract may be
automatically
rejected if it is submitted in another language.
The title of the abstract must be of maximum 200 characters (approximately 30 words).
Abstracts, excluding title, authors’ names and affiliations, must be of maximum 2000 characters
(approximately 300 words). The main body of the abstract should be structured with the following
headings:
For original studies: Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
For case reports: Background, Case Presentation, and Conclusions.
Please avoid using abbreviations in the title, if possible. Please reduce to a minimum the use
of
abbreviations in the main body of the abstract. If you must use an abbreviation, define it upon
first
use.
Figures and tables should not be included in your abstract.
References can be included in your abstract but will be included in your word count.
You must not include your abstract title or author names in the abstract document.
Please ensure that you add all the authors of your abstract onto the submission form, including
yourself
if you are an author.
Please ensure correct spelling and affiliations are used. We are unable to add or amend author
names
once abstracts have been published.
You must provide a valid email address for your listed presenting author. This will be used to
contact
the presenter regarding uploading presentations or posters, if your submission is successful.

note that by providing an email address, you are confirming that you have the author’s consent
to
share
their contact details.
